The Felsing LLC portal software provider Thomson Reuters rolled out an update, to which some clients have reported receiving an email stating their account has been locked due to unsuccessful login attempts. The Felsing staff has been in communication with Thomson Reuters, and they have confirmed that there was no breach and all documents in the portal system are secure. For those of you who received an email stating your portal has been locked, we recommend that you reset your password to include numbers and symbols. To unlock your account, please use the link at the bottom of your email from Thomson Reuters. To reset your password, please visit www.netlinksolution.com.
Additionally, with this update Thompson Reuters will be requiring all clients to enable multi-factor authentication for added security. This will involve using your phone to install the Thompson Reuters Authentication App from the App Store or Google Play. To enable the new security feature, please follow the multi-factor authentication setup prompts given when logging into your portal.
